This website and the Daycano service are operated by K&L Rock Simulations s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 30034221, registered office Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic. Daycano provides simulated evaluation challenges and educational tools for traders. We are not a broker, we do not accept deposits, we do not provide investment services or investment advice, and we do not provide access to real capital. Please read the notices below before you buy a challenge.
Simulated environment only
All accounts provided within Daycano, including accounts described as funded, are simulated accounts in a virtual environment with virtual funds. They are not real brokerage or live trading accounts. We do not execute any real orders on the market and we do not hold your money. The simulation works with market quotes from data providers, but execution is simulated, so results may differ from the real market, in particular around major news releases, in periods of low liquidity or during outages. Your money is never exposed to market risk and you cannot lose more than the fee you paid.
The challenge fee is not a deposit or an investment
The challenge fee is the price of a service: access to the simulated environment and evaluation of your results under the published rules. It is not a deposit, an investment or a payment for asset management, and it creates no entitlement to a return. The program rules provide for a refund of 100% of the price you actually paid for the challenge, paid together with your first approved reward payout; surcharges for add-ons are not refunded. If you fail the challenge, break the rules or never request a payout, the fee is not refunded and remains the price of the service provided. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Withdrawal from the contract within 14 days
Buying a challenge is a contract concluded at a distance. As a consumer you have the right under Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code to withdraw from it within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving a reason and without penalty. It is enough to send us a notice at admin@daycano.com before that period expires. We will confirm your withdrawal without undue delay and refund your money within 14 days by the same method you used to pay. We set up access to the simulated account immediately after payment, that is, before the fourteen-day period expires, and by buying you expressly ask us to do so. Under Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been provided to you in full; if you withdraw after we have started providing it, you will pay us a proportionate part of the price corresponding to the extent of the performance already provided. The refund of the fee together with the first payout is a separate contractual benefit and in no way limits your statutory consumer rights.
Funded account and rewards
A funded account is a simulated account on which you can request a reward under the program rules. The reward is contractual remuneration for a result achieved in the simulated environment, calculated as an agreed share of the virtual profit on that account, and it is paid by K&L Rock Simulations s.r.o. from its own funds. It is not a return on an investment, a share in the profit of a company or a payment under a security. Meeting the challenge target does not in itself create an entitlement to the issuance of a funded account, to a reward or to a payout. The issuance of the account and every payout are governed by the program rules and by a review of trading activity, and before the first payout also by a one-time identity verification; they are not guaranteed and we do not pay a reward where the rules have been broken. The reward is your income and its taxation under the law of your country of residence is up to you.
Trading data and platform records
Your activity in the simulated environment is recorded by the trading platform. The prices, times and volumes recorded by the platform are the basis for evaluating the challenge and for checking compliance with the rules, and we also use them to detect prohibited practices and duplicate accounts. We handle these records in line with the Privacy Policy.
Chance does not decide the outcome
The challenge fee is not a bet or a stake in a game and we do not pay out winnings. The outcome of the challenge is not determined by chance or by a draw: it depends on your own trading decisions, which we measure against criteria that are published in advance, measurable and the same for everyone, as set out in the program rules. The rules in force on the day of purchase do not change for as long as the account exists, and you receive every decision made under them in writing with reasons.
No investment advice
Nothing on this website, in the help center, in e-mails or in communication with support is investment, trading, financial, legal or tax advice. The results of any trader in the simulated environment, past or current, are not indicative of future results, whether simulated or real. Trading on real financial markets carries a high risk of loss.
We are not a broker or a financial institution
K&L Rock Simulations s.r.o. does not provide investment services within the meaning of Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on Capital Market Undertakings, nor payment services, and it needs no authorisation from the Czech National Bank for its activity. Our activity is therefore not supervised by the Czech National Bank or by any other financial market supervisory authority. The challenge fee and the rewards are not covered by deposit insurance, by the Guarantee Fund of Securities Dealers or by any other guarantee scheme. We do not provide you with trading capital, we do not accept deposits and we do not manage other people's assets.
Availability and age
The service is intended for persons aged 18 or over. It is not available to persons resident or established in the United States, Canada, China, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia and Belarus; we check the same list at checkout, where you confirm your age and country of residence. A one-time identity verification takes place before the first payout. If it turns out that you did not meet these conditions, we will close the account with no entitlement to a reward payout. We reserve the right not to provide the service where doing so would conflict with local law or with sanctions regimes.
Program rules and changes to them
The full rules for challenges and funded accounts are published in the help center as the Challenge Rules document and form part of the contract together with these notices. The rules in force on the day of purchase apply to that account for its entire existence; changes apply only to challenges bought after they are published, and we keep a public dated list of changes. The exception is changes forced on us by legislation, by a decision of a public authority or by a change on the side of the trading platform provider; we publish those too, with a date and an explanation of the reason, and we will not use them to tighten the parameters of your account retroactively.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have an objection to the service or to a decision made under the program rules, write to us at admin@daycano.com. You will receive every decision on a rule breach in writing with reasons, and you have 14 days to appeal against it. We will handle a complaint without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days of the day it is made. If we do not reach an agreement, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, adr.coi.cz. This does not affect your right to go to court.
Your contracting party
Your contracting party is exclusively K&L Rock Simulations s.r.o., which operates the Daycano service and bears all obligations arising from it. The other companies in the K&L Rock group do not provide the service, are not a party to the contract with you and have not assumed any surety or other guarantee for the obligations arising from it. This does not affect the rights that the law grants you against those companies.
