What happens when a prohibited practice is breached?

For practices 1–7 the account is closed with no right to a payout and no fee refund. Tick scalping has its own regime: two written warnings with no consequences, the third violation closes the account. You receive every decision in writing, with a justification, within 5 business days, and you have 14 days to appeal.
