Can I withdraw from the purchase and get the fee back?

Yes. Buying a challenge is a distance contract, so as a consumer you have 14 days from the day it is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. Write to us before the deadline. Because we open your simulated account right after payment, at your request, you pay the proportionate part of the price for what you have already used. Full terms are in the disclaimer.

Separately from that, the fee comes back in full with your first payout, at 100 % of the price you actually paid for the challenge.
