Daycano is a trade name of K&L Rock Simulations s.r.o., ID No. 300 34 221, Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3. All trading takes place in a simulated environment; rewards are paid according to the programme rules.

This Disclaimer forms part of the Daycano Terms of Service (Terms of Service, Section 3). If it conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.

Short version#

Daycano provides simulated trading evaluation programmes. All trading takes place in a simulated demo environment using virtual funds. No real capital is allocated, no live trades are executed and no investment services are provided. The Programme Fee is a fee for access to the evaluation, not a deposit and not an investment. Daycano is not a broker, financial adviser or investment firm and does not hold client funds. The Services are not available to United States persons or residents of other restricted jurisdictions.

1. Nature of the Service#

Daycano provides simulated trading evaluation programmes (the "Programme") through https://daycano.com. The Programme is educational in nature: it gives you access to a simulated trading environment and assesses your trading discipline and risk management against published rules. Daycano does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage, portfolio management, dealing or any other regulated financial activity.

2. Simulated Environment#

All trading activity in the Programme takes place exclusively in a simulated environment using virtual funds, priced from market data supplied through our platform provider, Leverate. No orders are executed in any live financial market. No financial instruments, including CFDs, futures, forex, indices, commodities or equities, are bought, sold or traded on your behalf or on behalf of Daycano. Simulated results do not represent actual trading performance, actual market conditions or actual financial returns.

3. Programme Fee: Not a Deposit#

The Programme Fee is a one-time fee for access to the evaluation. It is not a deposit, an investment, a purchase of financial instruments or a payment for the allocation of capital. You do not place funds with Daycano for live trading, and Daycano does not hold client funds for trading or investment purposes. Current prices are published in the Price List at daycano.com/en/pricing (Terms of Service, Section 6).

4. Simulated Funds and Simulated Profits#

The balance of a Programme account is expressed in virtual units. These units are not currency, financial assets or any other form of monetary value. You have no ownership of, entitlement to or claim in respect of the simulated balance or any simulated profit, except where a Performance Reward becomes payable under the Challenge Rules and the Terms of Service. A simulated profit or loss has no monetary value outside that reward structure.

5. Not a Broker: No Investment Services#

Daycano is not a broker, dealer, investment firm, investment adviser, portfolio manager, financial intermediary or fiduciary, and does not accept funds for trading or investment. The Programme is not an investment service, collective investment scheme, managed account or comparable regulated activity under applicable law, including Act No. 256/2004 Sb., on Business Activities on the Capital Market, and Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II).

Where the symbol of a simulated instrument carries a month/year suffix, it represents a simulated CFD with a scheduled expiry, not an exchange-traded futures contract, and confers no right, title or interest in any underlying asset.

6. No Financial Advice#

Nothing on the Website, the platform, in our documentation, communications or educational materials is financial, tax or legal advice or a recommendation to enter into any financial transaction. Educational content, market commentary and performance data are provided for information only. Consult your own independent advisers before making financial decisions.

7. No Fiduciary Duty#

Daycano owes you no fiduciary, suitability, advisory or financial duty of care. You decide whether the Programme is suitable for you.

8. Geographic Restrictions#

8.1 The Programme is not available where its offer or use would be contrary to applicable law. Restricted jurisdictions are listed in the Restricted Countries List at daycano.com/en/restricted-countries. By using the Services, you confirm that you are not resident in, located in or subject to the laws of a restricted jurisdiction in a way that prohibits your participation.

8.2 The Programme is not directed at, and is not available to, United States persons as defined in the Restricted Countries List, regardless of where they are located.

9. Risk Acknowledgement#

Participation in the Programme requires an understanding of financial markets and trading concepts. Simulated results may differ from results that would be achieved in live markets because of differences in liquidity, slippage, execution speed and psychological factors. Daycano makes no representation that you will become a profitable trader or that you will receive any Performance Reward.

Performance Rewards are contractual payments made by Daycano from its own funds under the Challenge Rules and the Trader / Independent Contractor Agreement. They are not returns on any investment and are not derived from trading with client funds.

10. Regulatory Status#

K&L Rock Simulations s.r.o., ID No. 300 34 221, operating under the brand Daycano, is not authorised or regulated by the Czech National Bank (Česká národní banka) as a provider of investment services. The Programme does not require such authorisation, because Daycano does not: (i) execute trades on financial markets; (ii) receive, transmit or execute orders in financial instruments on behalf of clients; (iii) manage portfolios of financial instruments; or (iv) hold or control client funds or financial assets.
