Launch Tournament Terms

Version 1.2.1Effective date: 20 October 2026daycano.com/en/tournament-terms

Ten dokument jest dostępny tylko w języku angielskim.

Daycano is a trade name of K&L Rock Simulations s.r.o., ID No. 300 34 221, Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic. All trading takes place in a simulated environment; rewards are paid according to the programme rules.

These terms govern the Daycano Launch Tournament. They apply together with the Challenge Rules v4.1, in particular Section 10, and the Terms of Service. The Challenge Rules in force on 20 October 2026, the day registration opened, apply to Tournament Accounts and prizes for their entire lifetime (Challenge Rules §10.5). Where these terms set out something specific to the tournament, they apply.

1. Organiser#

The tournament is organised by K&L Rock Simulations s.r.o., ID No. 300 34 221, Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic, operator of the Daycano service. Contact: admin@daycano.com.

2. Free Entry#

Entry is free. No purchase, payment method or identity document is required, and buying any Daycano product does not increase your chances. The tournament is a competition of trading skill in a simulated environment; it is not a game of chance or a bet.

3. Who Can Take Part#

Persons aged 18 or over who are not resident or located in a country on our Restricted Countries List (daycano.com/en/restricted-countries) and are not subject to international sanctions. To register, you give your e-mail address and country of residence and confirm your age; a display name for the standings is optional. One entry per person. We check that each entry belongs to a different person, including by device and network identifiers, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Dates#

Registration: from 20 October 2026 until 30 October 2026, 23:00 CET. Login details for the Tournament Account are sent by e-mail on 31 October 2026. Trading window: 14 consecutive Days, from the Rollover at 23:00 Europe/Prague on 1 November 2026 to the Rollover at 23:00 Europe/Prague on 15 November 2026. Final standings and prizes: by 19 November 2026. These dates do not change once registration opens.

5. The Account#

Each entrant receives a simulated Tournament Account with an Initial Balance of 100,000 USD under the 2-Step loss limits: Max Daily Loss 4,000 USD and Max Overall Loss 10,000 USD, static (Equity must stay above 90,000 USD). There is no profit target and no profit cap. Platform, instruments, spread, Commission, leverage and Swap are as in the Challenge Rules. Add-ons are not available.

Reaching a loss limit ends the entry; there is no re-entry. Every position still open at the closing Rollover is closed at the last price displayed before it, and the result belongs to the last Day.

6. How the Winners Are Determined#

Entrants are ranked by Total Profit over the trading window, highest first. To be ranked in the final standings, an entrant must meet three conditions: the account is still open at the end of the window; Total Profit is positive; and the Best-Day Score is 40 % or lower.

If two entrants have the same Total Profit, the one with the lower Best-Day Score ranks higher; if that is also equal, the one whose last Executed Trade was earlier ranks higher.

During the tournament, the public leaderboard shows rank, display name and profit (P/L), updated at least once per Day after the Rollover. It does not apply the three conditions, so a position on it is not a final ranking. The final standings are published by 19 November 2026.

7. Prizes#

1st place: a simulated 2-Step Funded Account of 50,000 USD. No Challenge needs to be passed; Performance Rewards may be requested on it under the Challenge Rules, in particular Section 10.4. Rewards are not guaranteed. The account counts towards the 200,000 USD cap on concurrently funded capital; if allocating it would exceed the cap, it is allocated as soon as it fits.

2nd and 3rd place: a free 2-Step Challenge of 100,000 USD (list price 500 USD).

4th to 10th place: a free 2-Step Challenge of 25,000 USD (list price 150 USD).

Every entrant who finishes without a breach and with a positive Total Profit: a one-time 30 % discount code off the list price of a first Challenge, valid for 30 days from issue, for entrants who have not bought a Challenge before. It cannot be combined with other codes. A Challenge bought with the code is a purchased Challenge; its fee refund equals the price actually paid after the discount.

A Challenge awarded as a prize is issued free of charge, has no time limit and carries no fee refund (Challenge Rules §10.2 and §10.4). Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. The prize list stays fixed for the whole tournament. If there are fewer eligible entrants than prizes, the remaining prizes are not awarded.

8. Awarding the Prizes#

The 1st-place Funded Account is issued only after the winner completes identity verification confirming age, country of residence and identity (Challenge Rules §10.4). For the other prizes, the standard identity verification before the first payout applies. We contact winners by e-mail to the registered address by 19 November 2026; a winner who does not respond within [30 days] loses the prize. Any tax on a prize is the winner's responsibility, unless the law requires us to withhold it.

9. Fair Play#

The prohibited practices in Challenge Rules §5 apply in full. Multiple entries, entries coordinated between people and copy trading between entrants void every account involved and forfeit every prize, before or after it is awarded. You receive every such decision in writing with reasons and may appeal within 14 days to admin@daycano.com.

10. Cancellation#

We may cancel or re-run the tournament if a platform fault materially affects the result. We will announce it publicly with the reason.

11. Your Data#

Your display name (if you choose one), rank and result are shown publicly on the leaderboard and in the final standings; your real name is never shown. We process your e-mail address, country of residence, device and network identifiers and trading data to run the tournament and enforce one entry per person, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you asked to be notified when registration opens, we use your e-mail address only for that message and delete it when the tournament starts.

12. Complaints#

Write to admin@daycano.com. We handle complaints within 30 days. Consumers may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz). This does not affect your right to go to court.
