Rules are frozen at purchase (see Parameters): a change listed here applies only to challenges bought after its date. For Free Challenge Accounts, Tournament Accounts and tournament prizes, §10.5 sets the day that counts. An account that is already running keeps the version it started with.

v4.1 · 8 October 2026

• Tournament prizes (§10.4). A prize can be a Challenge, a Funded Account or a discount code, and §10.4 says which rules each one follows. A Funded Account won as a prize is issued after KYC and counts towards the 200,000 USD cap (§4, §5).
• Which version applies (§10.5). New section for Free Challenge Accounts, Tournament Accounts and prizes, which are not purchased. A Challenge bought with a prize discount code follows the day it is bought.
• Tournaments (§10.2, §10.3). A Tournament Account has no profit target, no Phases and no Trading-Day minimum, and never becomes a Funded Account. The Tournament Terms carry each tournament's dates, model and prize list. Prizes are personal and are not awarded when nobody qualifies.
• Annex A. D.4, D.5, D.20 and D.37 cover tournaments and Accounts won as prizes; D.35 to D.37 added.
• Nothing changes for a purchased Challenge. Limits, profit targets, the Best-Day Rule, payouts, the fee refund and add-ons are the same as in v4.0.
