Prohibited practices

  1. Exploiting system errors – trading on bad quotes, latency arbitrage, exploiting feed delays or platform outages.
  2. Hedging across accounts – opposite positions on the same or a highly correlated Instrument on two or more accounts, opened within a 60-second window. This applies to your own and other people's accounts, with us and with other providers, including other prop firms – individually or as a group.
  3. Sharing, selling or renting an account; trading of an account by anyone other than its owner. This includes "pass your challenge" services – paid challenge passing or third-party account management, on the side of both the provider and the customer.
  4. Copy trading between accounts of multiple people and group trading from a single signal.
  5. Automated trading – EAs, bots, API scripts, webhooks. Manual trading from desktop and mobile is unrestricted.
  6. Abusing the simulated nature of the product – conduct whose sole purpose is to extract the difference between the simulated and the real environment. We publish and keep adding examples; every case is assessed individually and with a written justification.
  7. Artificially manufacturing profitable days – deliberately spreading the profit of a single trading idea across multiple Days without a corresponding spread of market risk, in order to artificially inflate the number of profitable Days. For example: holding opposite positions on the same or a highly correlated Instrument and closing the winning leg on one Day and the losing leg on another, or splitting one position and closing it gradually across Days. Ordinary hedging within your own account is not prohibited – we assess a repeated pattern of behaviour, not a single trade.
  8. Tick Scalping – positions held for less than 60 seconds on the Funded Account (D.26, §8).

Multiple accounts: you can buy as many challenges as you want. Concurrently funded capital is capped at 200,000 USD, including any Funded Account won as a prize (§10.4) – the only way above this cap is Scaling (§4).
